| 1) Original Admit Card for Secondary or Equivalent Examination for verification of Age Proof. 2) Passport / Stamp Size Colour Photographs – 2 (Two) 3) Original Mark sheet of 10+2 / or Equivalent Examination-2022 4) Original OBC-A / OBC-B.certificate in the name of the candidate to be produced at the time of Form Verification/Submission, if applicable. 5) original SC/ST certificate in the name of the candidate for this Reserve Category, if applicable, from Competent Authority at the time of form verification/Submission, otherwise, the Application Form will be rejected. |
