Air India Recruitment 2021 – For Commander Posts
♦ Educational Quadfurcation: 10+2 (with Physics & Maths) from a recognized Board or University.
♦ Salary & Emoluments:
i) Commander- On joining, salary would be Rs.470000/- subject to cut due Covid per month and on release as P1 for active flying duties Salary would be Rs.588000/- subject to cut due Covid per month on pro rata basis on ATR family (Less than 1000 Hrs.) for 70 hours of flying.
ii) Commander- On joining, salary would be Rs.470000/- subject to cut due Covid per month and on release as P1 for active flying duties Salary would be Rs.683000/ subject to cut due Covid per month on pro rata basis on ATR family (More than 1000 Hrs.) for 70 hours of flying.
iii) Additional allowance of Rs.50000/- each for LTC, TRI, TRE qualification.
iv) In addition to above, Layover Allowance will also be payable wherever applicable.
♦ Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (as on 15th February, 2021)
♦ Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex Servicemen (will be given age relaxation as per rules).
Air India Recruitment 2021 – For First Officer & Senior First Officer Posts

♦ Salary & Emoluments:
i) First Officer (P2):
• During training First Officer shall be paid a stipend of Rs.25000/- subject to cut due Covid per month and Rs.75000/- on commencement of SLF on pro rata basis subject to cut due Covid per month.
• Full salary will be paid of Rs.212000/- subject to cut due Covid per month from date of release as P2 for active flying duties for 70 hours of flying.
ii) Senior First Officer (P2): During training Senior First Officer Salary would be paid of Rs.256000/- subject to cut due Covid Per month. On release as Co-Pilot for active flying duties Senior First Officer will be paid salary of Rs.335000/- subject to cut due Covid Per month for 70 hours of flying.
♦ Age Limit: (as on 15th February, 2021)
• Upper age limit for First Officer (P2) : 45 years
• Upper age limit for Senior First Officer (P2) : 50 years
♦ Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen (will be given age relaxation as per rules)
