Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Commissioner Meghalaya
Educational Qualification:
1. Pump Operator: Candidates should have higher secondary (12th class) and ITI passed in Electrical or certificate holder experience for handling of pumps and Motors.
2. Handyman: Candidates should have Class VI passed and knowledge of vehicle repairing /operating P.A system.
3. Soil & Water Conservation Demonstrator (Jr-1): Candidates should have passed HSLC/SSLC.
Age Limit:
Candidates age should be maximum 18 years to 27 years as on 01.01.2016. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC /ST candidates and No age limit for those who are already in Govt. service provided they entered service within the prescribed age limit. Candidates already in Govt. service and in service of statutory bodies should. apply through proper channel.
Application Fee:
Candidates Application and Examination fee of Rs.20/- (Rs.10/- for SC /ST) should be deposited through any S.B.I. Branch by using the prescribed Chalan.
Scale of Pay:
1. Pump Operator: Rs. 7700-190-9030-EB-250-11280-340-15020/-per month.
2. Handyman: Rs.6500-160-7620-EB-210-9510-290-12700/- per month.
3. Soil & Water Conservation Demonstrator (Jr-1): Rs.8300-210-9770-EB-270-12200-370-16270/- per month.
