Employment Bank, West Bengal is a joint initiative by the Labour Department and the Information Technology Department, Government of West Bengal with active support from the Higher Education Department and the Technical Education & Training Department. Labour Department is the Nodal Department for development and implementation of Employment Bank.

Interested and Job-seekers who are receiving assistance under YUVASREE Scheme are hereby requested to submit Annexure-III online through the link Submit Annexure-III which are available from the Employment Bank official website www.employmentbankwb.gov.in within 02/01/2018 to 16/01/2018. This link will be available for 24 hours.
In this regard they may take the help of “Employment Exchanges”. This service will also be available through “Tathya Mitra Kendras (Common Service Centres)” too.
Note:
1. No need to upload any document in the website
2. This Service will be available at the Tathya Mitra Kendras on payment of Rs.10/- as service charge (including Print-out).
Following items will be considered as ‘Courses / Training’ for online submission submission of Annexure-III
1. Pursuing General Education [like / MP / HS / Graduation etc] during the period of assistance from any Government / Private Institution / Board / Council etc;
2. Pursuing Professional / Technical Education or Training [like ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, B.Tech, B.Ed, MBA etc] during the period of assistance from any Government / Private Institution;
3. Pursuing Vocational Education or Training of any level during the period of assistance from any Government / Private Institution;
4. Undergoing Coaching for-oriented competitive examinations during the period of assistance from any Institution.
