Eligible Criteria for High Court of Chhattisgarh District Judges Recruitment 2015
1. Educational Qualification : Applicant has for at least seven (07) years been an advocate as on 01.01.2015.
2. Age Limit : Candidates not less than age of 35 years and not more than age of 45 years on the first day of January in the year in which applications for appointment are invited i.e. 01/01/2015, provided that upper age limit shall be relaxed upto a maximum limit of 03 years for the candidates belonging to SC, ST and Other Backward Classes.
3. Has good character and is of sound mind and body and free from any bodily and mental disability which renders him unfit for such appointment.
NOTE :
a) The posts reserved for SC, ST and OBC are reserved only for SC, ST and OBC who bonafide residents of Chhattisgarh State.
The applicants, who are bonafide residents of other states and recognized as SC, ST and OBC in their own states will be considered only against unreserved posts.
b) The candidates belonging to OBC category must not come under creamy layer.
Examination Fees :
a) Rs.700/- for the candidates who are bonafide residents of Chhattisgarh state belonging to SC, ST or OBC as notified for the State of Chhattisgarh.
b) Rs.1000/- for all the candidates belonging to Unreserved Category and for all the candidates who are not the resident of Chhattisgarh state irrespective of their categories.
Examination Fee is to be deposited only in the form of challan with SBI branches through Core Banking Network all over India. Therefore, original copy of Challan must be attached to application form. Challan form is available along with application form on the High Court official website i.e. www.cghighcourt.nic.in.
NOTE :
a) Fee shall not be refunded in any case.
b) In case of receipt of application after expiry of the last date or in case of rejection of the application the fee shall not be refunded.
Selection Process : Selection will be made on the basis of their performance in written examination and viva / voce test.
How to Apply for High Court of Chhattisgarh District Judges Recruitment 2015
1. Eligible and interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the High Court official website www.highcourt.cg.gov.in and send their application along with duly attested certificates / testimonials relating to their date of birth, caste, qualification, domicile, experience standing at the Bar.
2. All the candidates who are already in Government Service or in any Government undertaking or in any Government undertaking or in any type of other organization or appointed in Non Government undertaking or in any type of other organization or appointed in Non Government institution shall have to produce No Objection Certificate as and when called for.
Instruction for filling the application form :
1. The application duly filled in and signed along with Identity-Sheet & four identical and recent passport size self attested photographs with name and address of the applicant on the back of the photographs affixing one photograph on application form, one photograph on Identity-Sheet and two photographs to be stapled at the space provided in the application form and Two self addressed envelope (11” x 5”) stamped with postal stamps of Rs.25/- each addressed to the Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh, at Bodri, Bilaspur (C.G.) Pin – 495220, must reach the Registry of this High Court on or before 07/08/2015 till 5:00 P.M. The words “Application for District Judge (Entry Level) Examination 2015 by direct recruitment and the Advt. No. 01/S & A Cell/2015” should be written on the top of the 14 X 10 Inch size envelope.
2. Last date for submission of duly filled in & signed application is 07/08/2015 till 5:00 P.M. It is the responsibility of the applicant that his/her application must reach in the Registry office by 5:00 p.m. of the last date. The applications may also be submitted by dropping it in the “Box” kept therefore in the Registry office during the office hours i.e. from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on every working day till the last date. The applications received in the Registry office by post till 5:00 p.m. on the last date shall only be entertained. Registry will not be responsible for any postal delay.
3. Candidate must ensure that he / she fulfills all the terms and conditions as per advertisement and other applicable rules for the said post.
