Age Limit & Its Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be less than 30 Years as on 07.07.16. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.
Educational Qualification:
(a) For the Post of Overseer: Candidates should have completed Matriculation (10th) Level of Education with 3 Years Diploma courses in Civil Engineering.
(b) For the Post of Junior Overman: Candidates should possess 3 Years Mining Engineering Course from recognized Institute approved by Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS).
(c) For the Post of Mining Sirdar: Candidates should completed Certified Course on Mining activities, that must be recognized by DGMS.

Selection Process:
Selection of the candidates will be based on performance in the Written Examination followed by Personal Interview & Documents Verification Process.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will get initial Basic Salary of Rs. 19,035.02 besides DA, HRA & Other allowances applicable as per CIL (Coal India Limited) rules.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 200/- through “SBI-i-Collect option”. No Application Fee will be charged from the Reserved Category.
