Educational Qualification:-
Candidate must have passed the 10th/ 12th equivalent from any recognized Board. ITI pass trade with a minimum of 50% marks.
Age Limit:-
(i) The candidates should have completed 27 years of age and should not have completed 30 years of age as on the date of this notification.
(ii) The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in the case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.

Selection Mode:-
Selection of the eligible candidates for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared to take the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
