Eligibility Criteria for BCPL Recruitment 2016 – 52 Manager, Officer & Other
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be less than 45 Years for Senior Manager Post, 40 Years for Manager Post, 35 Years for Deputy Manager Post, 30 Years for Senior Engineer & Senior Officer Posts as on 25.07.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.
Educational Qualification:
A. Senior Manager – Candidates should posses Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering/ any discipline with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or Institute.
B. Manager – Candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ CA/ CWA/ LLB/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or Institution.
C. Deputy Manager – Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ MBA (Human Resource)/ Electronics &
Communication with minimum 55% of marks from recognized University or Institute.
D. Senior Engineer – Candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or Institution.
E. Senior Officer – Candidates should have completed CA/ CWA or B.Com with minimum 60% marks or Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks.
Terms & Conditions Regarding BCPL Recruitment 2016 – 52 Manager, Officer & Other
Selection Process:
Selection of the candidates will be based on performance in the Common Written Examination, Trade Test followed by Personal Interview conducted by the competent Authority.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in a regular pay scale as follows –
A. Senior Manager: Rs. 32,900 – 58,000/-
B. Manager: Rs. 29,100 – 54,500/-
C. Deputy Manager: Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/-
D. Senior Engineer: Rs. 20,600 – 46,500/-
E. Senior Officer: Rs. 20,600 – 46,500/-

Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 200/- through net-banking / credit card / debit card only. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Incidental Charges during submission of Application Fee will be borne by the candidates. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of above fees.
