Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Vikas Mission Recruitment 2016 – 228 Manager & Asst Manager Posts
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have completed MBA/ PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from AICTE approved University or Institute.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age must be less than 37 Years as on 01.08.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government rules.
Remuneration Scheme:
Selected candidates will be placed in a Consolidated salary Pay as follows –
For the Post of Manager – Rs. 80,000/- per month (Fixed)
For Assistant Manager Projects & Accounts – Rs. 60,000/- per month (Fixed)
For Assistant Manager Scheme – Rs. 60,000/- per month (Fixed)
Apart from this Salary no additional benefits will be provided to the Selected candidates.
Mode of Appointment:
Selected candidates have to Sign a Contractual Agreement with the Bihar Vikas Mission on Contract for a period of 11 months, that may be extended year to year on the basis of their performance. In case of extension contract their will be a 10% increment in the salary amount.
