Essential Qualification:
1. Candidates age limit should be minimum 18 years and above
2. Candidates educational qualification minimum 10th Class pass
3. Ability in Report Writting
4. Candidates must be local Resident in Bhatar, Jamalpur, Khandaghosh, Ausgram I, Kaksha, Monteswar,Raina Blocks
5. Government and Private Employee are not eligible to apply

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their Past Academic Records, Working Experience, Language Profociency Test followed by Personal Interview.
Remuneration Scheme:
Selected candidates will get Daily Wages on Rs. 352/- only commensurate with Skilled Labour Wages Scheme. One VRP will get Maximum 13 Days Wages per month.
