Eligibility Criteria for District Magistrate Purba Medinipur Recruitment 2015
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have complete LCE (Licensed Civil Engineer) with adequate knowledge of Computer aided design, data entry and maintenance of accounts related to different schemes.
Age Limit : Candidates should have complete 18 years to 40 years as on 01.11.2015. Age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
Terms and Conditions :
1. One self address envelope of the size 25 cm x 11 cm with postal stamp of Rs.5/- affixed thereon should be accompanied with the application.
2. Admit card containing venue, date and time of the test will be sent to the candidate whose application will be considered to be in order in all respects by post. Eligible candidates may download the Admit Card through Purba Medinipur District website. Candidates called for the test shall be required to appear at their own expenses.
3. Admission to the Test / Examination will be deemed provisional subject to verification and determination of the candidate’s eligibility and suitability in all respects. If any stage of the process a candidate is found to be ineligible for admission to the test in terms of the Notice, his / her candidature shall be cancelled without making any reference to him / her and without assigning any reason.
4. Unsigned print copy and without requisite testimonials / enclosures or Print copy of application received after the last date of submission will not be entertained. The Authority will not be responsible for any postal / courier delay in the matter of receipt of applications.
Written Test will be held on the following subject followed by marks :
a) Civil Engineering : Full Mark – 50
b) Computer designing, Elementary knowledge on M.S. Office, General knowledge : Full Mark – 25
c) Computer (Practical) : Full Mark – 15
d) Viva Voce : Full Mark – 10
How to Apply :
Eligible and Willing candidates should submit online applications through district official website i.e. www.purbamedinipur.gov.in on or before 29.10.2015 upto 03.00 P.M. Print copy of Online Application Form with all self attested testimonial documents to be submitted to the Distict Planning Officer, Purba Medinipur, P.O. Salgechia, P.S. Tamluk, Dist. Purba Medinipur, Pin 721636 either by post / courier or by hand into the Drop Box has been kept at the Dev. & Planning Section in the office of the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur. Mere submission of applications online will not be sufficient for candidature unless hard copy is received by this office, online applications will summarily be rejected.
