Educational Qualification:
Community Development Specialist (CDS): Postgraduate degree in Social work with a minimum 50% pass marks. Matriculation passed with Punjabi language or passed test for the Punjabi language conducted by the State language Department.
Information Education and Communication (IEC) Specialist: Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication / Journalism with a minimum 50% pass marks. Matriculation passed with Punjabi language or passed test for Punjabi language conducted by the State language Department.
Block Resource Coordinator (BRC) cum Community Facilitator (CF): Bachelor of Arts with a minimum 50% pass marks. Matriculation passed with Punjabi language or passed the test for the Punjabi language conducted by the State language Department.
