Educational Qualification:
1. SRF(Direct): B.Tech +3 years’ experience or M.Tech +2 years’ experience in Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering and GATE qualified. Research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high-quality publications in reputed journals are desirable.
2. SRF(Direct): Master’s degree in Chemistry/ Physics/ Biotechnology with GATE/NET/DST/INSPIRE Fellowship + 3yrs research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high-quality publications in reputed journals are desirable.
3. Associate Project Engineer: Master’s degree / Bachelor`s + 3 yrs exp. degree in Chemical Engineering /ECE/VLSI. Research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high-quality publications in reputed journals are desirable.
4. Project Scientist: Ph.D. degree Or Master`s degree in Chemistry/Physics + 6 yrs experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology as evident from high-quality publications in reputed journals.
