Eligibility Criteria for Income Tax Department Tamilnadu Recruitment 2015
For Senior Hindi Translator:
Officers / Officials of the Central Government –
a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment in the posts on the regular basis in the Pay Band – I of Rs.93000-34800 and Grade Pay of Rs.42000 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a main subject at degree level.
OR
Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at degree level.
OR
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subject or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognized Diploma / Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and Vice versa or two year’s experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central / State Government Offices, including Govt. of India undertakings.
For Hindi Translator:
Officers / Officials of the Central Government –
a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
OR
with three year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment in the posts on the regular basis in the Pay Band – I of Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay of Rs.2400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department;
OR
with five year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment in the posts on the regular basis in the Pay Band-I of Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay of Rs.1900 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory / elective subject at degree level
OR
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi or English as main subjects (which includes the term compulsory and elective).
How to Apply for Income Tax Department Tamilnadu Recruitment 2015
Eligible candidates having requisite service / qualifications as specified above may send their bio-data (proforma enclosed) through proper channel so as to reach the Additional Commissioner of Income tax (Hqrs) (Admn), Aayakar Bhawan, 121, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600034 by 30.11.2015. In case no applications are received by this date, it will be presumed that there are no eligible willing officials for the said post.
