Educational Qualification:-
1. General Duty (GD):
Should hold a degree of recognised university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
2. Commercial Pilot Licence (SSA):
Should have passed 12th class.
(i) The candidates who have completed diploma are also eligible, provided they should possess an aggregate of 55% marks in diploma with physics and mathematics in its curriculum.
(ii) Should possess current Commercial Pilot Licence issued/ validated by Director General Civil Aviation on the date of submission of application.
3. Technical (Mechanical & Electrical/Electronics):
Should hold an Engineering degree of recognised university.
4. Law Entry:
A degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Age Limit:-
a) General Duty (GD)/ Technical (Mechanical) & Technical (Electrical/Electronics) – Born between 01 Jul 1998 to 30 Jun 2002 (Both dates inclusive).
b) Law Entry – Born between 01 Jul 1994 to 30 Jun 2002 (Both dates inclusive).
Medical Standards:-
• Height:-
i) Asst Commandant (GD) and Tech:
157 cms minimum. Reduction in height for candidates from hilly areas and tribal areas will be in accordance with the Central Govt. regulations.
ii) Asst Commandant (CPL-SSA) (Men/Women):
Minimum 162.5 cms and maximum 197 cms, leg length minimum 99 cms.
• Weight:-
Proportionate to the Height and Age, + 10 % acceptable.
• Chest:-
Well proportionate, minimum expansion 5 cms.

Rs. 56,100-2,05,400/-

Examination City:-
The candidate is to give five preferences for examination city in the application for Stage-I process. Candidates are to fill first choice within 30 kms from the present/ communication residence. If no ‘examination city’ is within 30 kms from the current address then the nearest “examination city” from current address has to be the first choice of the candidate.
