Educational Qualification:-
i. General Manager HR (Grade IX): 60% of Marks for General/OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in MBA-HR/MSWHR or its equivalent.
ii. General Manager – R&D (Grade IX): Post Graduate/ Graduate in Engineering with 70% of Marks for General/OBC and 68% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in Electronics and Communication.
iii. General Manager Technology & Projects (Grade IX): 60% of Marks for General/OBC and 58% of marks for SC/ST/PWD in BE/B.Tech in E&C/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science, or its equivalent.
iv. Medical Services (GM / AGM): MBBS + Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ DNB in the relevant area.

Selection Procedure:-
A) The Screening Committee will scrutinize the applications received based on the marks obtained by the Candidate in Diploma Engineering Examination & thus the Candidates will be called for the written test in the ratio of 1:15.
B) The final selection of the candidate will be based on the Merit list of Written test.
