Eligible Criteria for Khammam District Court 68 Various Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 34 years as on 01-07-2015. The age relaxation of maximum age limit is 5 years in respect of SC/ST and BC candidates and 10 years in respect of PH and Ex-service men.
Essential Qualification:
For Junior Assistant post: The candidates must have passed in Intermediate exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent exam and Must have Knowledge or qualification in Computer Operation.
For Process Servers post: The candidates must have passed VII standard exam. In addition to the above qualification, preference will be given to the persons who possess professional skills such as Electrical, Plumbing, Driving, Carpentry, Cooking, Dhobi etc.
For Typists Post: The candidates must have passed in Intermediate exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent exam and Must have passed A.P. Govt Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade Qualification OR Must have Knowledge or qualification in Computer Operation.
For Examiners Post: The candidates must have passed in Intermediate exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent exam.
For Field Assistants Post: The candidates must have passed in Intermediate exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent exam.
For Copyist Post: The candidates must have passed in Intermediate exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education or any equivalent exam and Must have passed A.P. Govt Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade Qualification. Provided that candidates who have passed the Examination by the Higher Grade are not available, those who have passed the Examination by the Lower Grade shall be considered.
Linguistic Qualification: A candidates shall not be eligible for appointment if he does not possess an adequate knowledge of TELUGU AND URDU, which are the languages of Khammam District.
Application & Examination Fees: Candidates are required pay Rs.200/- towards application / examination fee, through Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Prl. District Judge, Khammam payable at Khammam. The payment of application / examination fee of Rs.200/- is exempted to the candidates who belongs to SC / ST / PHC / Ex.Ser.Men.
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected through written Test, Practical Test and Interview. The shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for Practical Test & interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in written Test, Practical Test and oral Interview.
How to Apply for Khammam District Court Recruitment 2014
Eligible Interested candidates may download the application Forms from Prl. District and session Court, Khammam website http://ecourts.gov.in\khammam. The filled in application form along with supporting documents should be sent along with the application form to the PRL. DISTRICT AND SESSION JUDGE, KHAMMAM either in person or through post by 5:00 pm on or before 20-06-2015.
Attested Copies of Documents should be Enclosed to the Application:
- 1. Certificate of Qualifying Examination Qualification.
- 2. Certificate of Technical Examination (Typewriting).
- 3. Certificate evidencing of Date of Birth
- 4. Community certificate.
- 5. Enclose study Certificates from VII to x classes in respect of Local Candidates.
- 6. A Self-addressed Postal Cover, Rs.25/- stamps, shall be affixed on that cover, along with acknowledgement card.
- 7. Four recent Colour Passport Size Photographs of the candidate duly attested by Gazetted Officer to be affixed. Out of Four, one to be affixed on top of the application, one on the DD Enclosure Form and one each on the Original and Duplicate Hall Ticket-cum-Identity Sheet in the space provided.
- 8. Employment Registration Card.
- 9. Latest Attested Copy of Disability Certificate has to be submitted by Disabled Candidates, obtained from District Medical Board.
- 10. Any other relevant certificate such as Additional / Higher Academic and Technical Qualifications.
