Age Limit and Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be less than 55 Years. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for the Reserved Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.
Educational Qualification:
General Manager & Deputy General Manager: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Manager (Legal): Candidates should have completed LLB Degree from th recognized University or Institute.
Other Posts: Candidates should possess the Graduation pass certificate in any discipline from the recognized University or Institute.
Terms & Conditions for NHIDCL Recruitment 37 Manager, Office Assistant & Other 2016
Selection Process:
Selection of the Candidates will be based on the Performance in the Common Written Examination followed by Personal Interview conducted by the Competent Authority.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale as follows –
» General Manager: Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
» Deputy General Manager & Manager (Legal & Finance): Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- (Rs. 6,600/- for Manager)
» Assistant Manager & Office Assistant: Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/- (Rs. 4,200/- for Office Assistant)
Apart from this the candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA & Other allowances applicable as per Government rules.
