Eligibility Criteria for NPCCL Recruitment 2016 – 53 Managerial Posts in Different Cadre

Educational Qualification :
Candidates should possess Full time Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering from Government recognized University/ Institute.

Age Limit & Relaxation :
Candidates upper age limit should be 45 years for Post No. 01 & 02, 40 years for Post No. 03 and 35 years for Post No. 04 & 05 as on 31-05-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST, 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PWD & Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules.

Salary Scale :
Selected candidates will be placed in a Regular Pay Scale of Rs. 29,100 – 54,500/- besides all other Allowances applicable as per Government rules. Please refer the official Recruitment notification for post-wise detail Salary Scale.

Application Fee :
Candidates should pay Rs. 800/- for general & OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates by Demand Draft drawn in favour of NPCC Limited payable at New Delhi. Application fee will be exempted to SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex- servicemen candidates.

Sr.Manager(Civil)
Job Requirements :- The candidates should be well versed in Execution of Projects/Works management of civil construction Projects in India and has to handle Project Management/Material Management/Quality control/Financial Management.

Eligibility :-

  •  Central / State Governments officers in PB-3 Grade Pay 7600.
  •  Officers in Public Sector Undertakings or semi Governments or statutory or autonomous organizations  holding : 1. analogous posts on regular basis or 2. with four years regular service in post in the pay scale of Rs.  20600-46500(IDA) or equivalent, or 3. with eight years regular service in post in the pay scale of Rs. 16400-  40500(IDA) or Equivalent and possessing the educational qualifications and experience as under:
  •  Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

Period of deputation :- Period of deputation 3 years which can be extended upto 5 years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 50 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Manager(Civil)
