Educational Qualification:
» Assistant Manager Posts: B. Tech / B.E. / AMIE (Certificate issued by the Institute of Engineers, Kolkata) with 60% marks in the aggregate (55% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) from a Government-recognized Institute or University.
» Industrial Workman Grad I Posts: Candidates should possess Diploma certificate in Printing or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST Candidates) from recognized Institute or University. Please refer the Official notification for post-wise detail educational Qualification.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be less than 31 Years for the Post of Assistant Manager and 28 Years for the Post of Industrial Workman Grade I (Trainee) Posts. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed by 05 Years for SC/ST, 03 Years for OBC Category and 10 Years for PWD Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.

Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale as follows –
» Assistant Manager: Rs. 15,050 – 41,760/- with GP of Rs. 5,520/-
» Industrial Workman Grade I Posts: Rs. 7,000 – 24,240/- with GP of Rs. 2,280/-
Apart from this the Candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA and Other Allowances Applicable as per Government rules.
Selection Process:
Selection of the Candidates will be based on performance in the Online Computer Based Examination followed by Personal Interview conducted by the Competent Authority. Only the Exam qualified candidates will be called for the Interview.

Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 200/- for for Industrial Workman Grade I Posts) for Assistant Manager Posts.
