RRB, Bhubaneswar Written Examination was conducted on dt: 11.01.2015 for the posts of Junior Stenographer (English)-Cat.2, Chief Law Assistant (Cat-3) & Junior Translator (Hindi)-Cat.4 & on dt: 18.01.2015 for the post of Staff & Welfare Inspector (Cat.5), Catering Inspector ( Cat.8) & Catering Supervisor Gr-III(Cat.9) against CEN-03/2014 and for the post of Staff Nurse on dt: 08.02.2015 against CEN-04/2014. Based on the performance in written examination, following candidates as indicated against respective categories have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in verification of documents and genuineness of their candidature( for Cat No.5,8 & 9 of CEN-03/ 2014 and for Cat.No.1 of CEN-4/2014), Stenography skill test (for Cat.2),Interview(for Cat.3) and Translation test (for Cat.4). Their Roll Nos.(in last seven digits for category-2 ,3 & 4 )have been given in ascending order horizontally. The first 7 digits of Roll Nos.common for category-2 ,3 & 4 are 1614302,1614303 & 1614304 respectively.

Document verification Procedure:The candidates called for document verification are advised to report to RRB Office, D-79/80, RAIL VIHAR, CHANDRASEKHARPUR,BHUBANESWAR as per the schedule indicated above with following original certificate/documents,failing which their candidature is liable to be cancelled
1.Matriculation/High School Examination certificate or equivalent Certificate as proof for name, date of birth and qualification.
2.+2/12th certificate issued by recognized Institute/Board wherever applicable.
3.Graduation ( Degree) certificate.
4.Diploma in Catering from a recognized Institute-For the post of Catering Inspector.
5.Certificate of General Nursing and Midwifery from school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council or B. Sc (Nursing) and candidate should have a valid registration with Indian Nursing Council to practice as General Nurse-Midwife at the time of submitting application.
6.Caste certificate in prescribed format issued by appropriate authority for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
7.No objection certificate from the present employer if employed in Central or State Govt. or Govt. undertakings.
8.PPO & Discharge Certificate in case of Ex. Serviceman candidates clearly mentioning the reason of discharge.
9.Physically Handicapped Certificate in proper proforma issued by appropriate authority/ proper Medical Board.
10.Income certificate for Economically Backward candidates & Minority Community declaration on non-judicial stamp paper for minority community candidates for exemption of examination fee.
10.Lower portion of call-letter of Written Examination.
11.Original call-letter sent to the candidates for document verification.
12.Four recent coloured passport size photographs (not to be attested).
13.Any other relevant certificate/testimonials available with the candidate.
Note:(a)The detail schedule for next stage of Stenography Test for Junior Stenographer (English),Interview for Chief Law Assistant & Translation Test for Junior Translator (Hindi) shall be intimated in due course.
(b) Candidates called for document verification against Cat.No.5, 8 & 9 of CEN-03/2014 and Cat.1 of CEN-04/2014 include 30% (approx) extra candidates over and above the number of vacancies primarily to avoid shortfall in the panels.
(c )Candidates may have to stay one/two days extra for completion of document verification.
RRB Bhubaneswar Call Letter Procedure
Call letters indicating date, time and place of document verification are being sent by Speed Post to above candidates at their correspondence address given in application form. However, if any of the above-mentioned candidates does not receive the call-letter due to any reason, he/she should report to the office as per the schedule indicated above with above documents.
