Eligible Criteria for SECI Recruitment 2015
Age Limit:
i)Senior Engineer/E2: As on 08.03.2015 the upper age limit of the candidates 28 years. Relaxation in the age for SC/ST/OBC(Non-creamy layer)/PWD/Jammu & Kashmir Migrants etc. as per Govt. rules.
ii)Personal Assistant/S1: As on 08.03.2015 the upper age limit of the candidates 30 years. Relaxation in the age for SC/ST/OBC(Non-creamy layer)/PWD/Jammu & Kashmir Migrants etc. as per Govt. rules.
Educational qualification:
i) Senior Engineer/E2: Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Energy/Renewable Energy/Environment/Power System with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA or Master’s degree in Physics with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized University / Institute.
Describle qualification: 2 years full time/3 years part time recognised MBA/PGDBM (with specialisation in Marketing/Meterial/Production Management/Finance/HR/HRD etc.) as an added qualification.
ii)Personal Assistant/S1: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University. Should have done Stenography / Secretarial Practice Course/exam with a speed of 80 WPM in Shorthand and 40 WPM in typing. Additional qualification in Hindi stenography desirable. Knowledge in computers is essential.
Job Description:
i)Senior Engineer/E2: Select candidates will be requird to work in any or one of or combination of areas of contracts, Power Systems, Grid, Roof- Top projects, Solar Thermal, Solar Photo Voltaic among others, Assist in designing and setting up of Solar projects including site assessment visits, Preparation of feasibility reports, Project implementation including data collection, analysis and preparation of feedback reports.Any other related work.
ii)Personal Assistant/S1: The selected candidate will be requird to handle daily office correspondence work like drafting of office documents, maintenance of files and records, writing minutes of official meetings and dictations. He/She is also requird to handle telephone calls and attend visitors/customers.
Selection Process: Depending upon the number of application SECI reserves the right to fix up the eligibility criteria, limit the number of applications to be called for a particular post and to decide about written test and /or Group Discussion/ interview or any other mode of screening thereof.
