Eligibility Criteria for SSUPSW Recruitment 2016 – 89 Accountant, District Manager & Other
Post-wise Educational Qualification :
1. Deputy CEO – Masters in Business Administration/ Management OR Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Rural Development or equivalent degree with specialization in Public Policy and Governance from any recognized University/ Institution in India.
2. SPM E-Governance and partnership development – MCA or B.E/ B. Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) from a recognised University/ Institution
3. PM E-Governance and partnership development – MCA or BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology from a recognised University/ Institution.
4. Accountant cum Cashier – Graduate Degree in commerce from a recognized University with minimum 2 year relevant post Qualification work experience.
5. District Manager – Post Graduate/Master Degree in Disability Rehabilitation Administration/ Social Work in disability studies/ Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution/University with minimum of 4 Years of Post Qualification work experience.
6. Programme Officer (Coordination & Supervision) – Post Graduate/Master Degree in Disability Rehabilitation Administration/ Social Work in disability studies/ Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution/University with minimum of 4 Years of Post Qualification work experience.
7. Accountant – Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute / University with minimum two years of relevant Post Qualification work experience.
Age Limit & Relaxation :
Candidates age must be less than 55 Years as on 26.05.2016. The upper Age limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.
Compensation Package :
Selected candidates will be placed in a Consolidated Salary Package as follows –
1. Deputy CEO – Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 90,000/- per month
2. SPM E-Governance and partnership development – Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 70,000/- per month
3. PM E-Governance and partnership development – Rs. 37,500 – Rs. 50,000/- per month
4. Accountant cum Cashier – Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 24,500/- per month
5. District Manager – Rs. 37,500 – 50,000/- per month
6. Programme Officer (Coordination & Supervision) – Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 40,000/- per month
7. Accountant – Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000/- per month
