4. Coding in C/ MATLAB for the proposed algorithm
5. Digital Filter and compensator design in Matlab
6. Carrying out the test for validation

Job Description
Product Strategy: You will define the roadmap and long-term strategy for multiple TVSM products.
Process Management: You will also help in the creation and management of cross-functional processes to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product releases.
You will be responsible for buy-in for the product roadmap with internal stakeholders.
Requirements Definition: You will be responsible for the creation of high-quality product BRDs.
You will also effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time, keeping requirements from multiple stakeholders in mind.
Roll-out Planning: You will work on the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for all new products and features.
You will also be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance metrics that ensure product performance, and to continually optimize them.
Quick Thinking: You should be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick action plans to meet short term priorities.
You should be equally comfortable in generating an annual strategic vision.
Presentation Skills: You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of business reviews to the management.

Job Description
1. Design and develop a robust IP culture, system for capturing potential inventions/ideas from all stakeholders across the supply chain
2. Facilitating innovation & conversion of ideas into qualified IDF’s for appropriate protection in a timely manner to built a competitive edge
3. Evaluate ideas for patentability through inventor (s) interview/interactions against business impact & NPD, evaluate designs, provide FTO opinions and drive alternate solution IP generation cum protection
4. Draft specifications, review IDF’s & ensure appropriate protection, review jurisdiction based draft claim & recommend for final specification, prosecute and successfully defend through hearing / legal proceedings
5. Setting target for team & leading resources to achieve agreed targets, ensure work is done in line with company standards and best-in-class practices
6. Accountable for continuous improvement, building suitable means to upgrade legal knowhow of IP laws (domestic & foreign)
7. Responsible for IP portfolio strengthening through risk management and be cost centric, handle other forms of IP including design registrations, copyrights, etc. as essential
8. Review jurisdiction based prosecution requirements & take necessary actions for grant of strong claims, drive and achieve invalidations through legal oppositions as required
