Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age should be between 21 Years and 40 Years as on 01.07.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed by 05 Years for SC/ST and 03 Years for OBC Category candidates as per extent rules of Government.
Educational Qualification:
» Manager: Candidates should have completed the Graduation Level of Education in Economics/ Statistics/ Maths or MBA from the recognized University or Institute duly approved by AICTE.
» Asst Field Officer & Asst Branch Ankik: Candidates should possess Graduation pass certificate in any discipline from the UGC recognized University or Institute.

Selection Process:
Selection of the Candidates will be based on performance in the Common Written Examination followed by Personal Interview conducted by the Competent Authority.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in Regular Pay Scale as follows –
Manager: Rs. 24,550 – 47,965/-
Assistant Field Officer & Assistant Branch Ankik: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/-
Apart from this the candidates will entitle to get Da, HRA & Other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.

Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates) for General and OBC Category candidates through Net-banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card duly collected by State Bank of India Fee Collect mechanism.
