Educational Qualification:
(a) General Manager (Credit) – Post Graduate / MBA or equivalent or Chartered Accountant
(b) General Manager (NPA Resolution and Recovery) – LLM / LLB preferably with MBA.
(c) Deputy General Manager – Post Graduate / MBA or equivalent or Chartered Accountant
(d) Assistant General Manager (Technical) – B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(e) Manager (Legal) – LLM / LLB preferably with MBA
(f) Manager (Finance) – MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferably with BE / B.Tech of Chartered Accountant.
(g) Assistant Manager (Finance) – MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferably with BE / B.Tech of Chartered Accountant.
(h) Assistant Manager (IT) – B.E / B.Tech (Computer Sciences) or MCA
Age Limit:

Terms & Conditions Regarding IFCI Recruitment 2016 – 41 Manager & Asst Manager Posts
Salary Scale:
(a) For the Post of General Manager: Rs. 42,300 – 52,000/-
(b) For the Post of Deputy General Manager: Rs. 39,850 – 46,150/-
(c) For the Post of Assistant General Manager: 28,350 – 41,400/-
(d) For the Post of Manager: Rs. 21,000 – 36,400/-
(e) For the Post of Assistant Manager: Rs. 17,100 – 33,200/-
Besides DA, HRA & other allowances applicable as per Government rules.
