Eligibility Criteria for Indian Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed 10th / 12th / Graduation Degree / B.A / B.Sc / B.Ed or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board / University / Institution. For details of qualification refer the official notification.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 30 years for Post 1, 2, 18 to 27 years for Post 3 to 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 18 to 25 years for Post 12. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. rules.

Pay Scale:
For Post (1, 2): Rs.9300-Rs.34800 + GP of Rs.4600/-
For Post (3-34): Rs.5200-Rs.20200 + GP of Rs.1800 / 2400/-
Mode of Selection: The selection will be made on their performance in Written Examination, Skill Test, Trade Test, Physical Test, Screening Test followed by Interview conducted by Ordnance Factory Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh.
